When a customer wants to use their points, they're offered as a payment method right in the normal checkout flow — sitting alongside cash, card and wallet on the same sale. There's no separate redemption screen or process for staff to learn.
Every points transaction, whether earned or redeemed, is tracked individually, and if a sale is later voided, any points involved are automatically reversed so balances never drift out of sync with reality.
